This friendly and warm apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a second bedroom with two double beds (the two beds are bunk beds);
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax in after a day of walking;
- two balconies to get some fresh air and enjoy the view;
- a shared swimming pool open from May to September (10:00 - 19:00).
You will particularly appreciate its calm and brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.

In the Var region, there's a city with 2,400 years of history. This city is Hyères, about twenty kilometers east of Toulon. Nicknamed the city of palm trees, Hyères has preserved all of its old-world charm. To discover it, wander the picturesque streets of the old medieval town perched on Castéou Hill.
Enter through the Massillon Gate, which marks the entrance to the historic center, then wander around to see old houses with colorful facades, brightly colored stalls, and a vaulted passageway under the ancient ramparts. It is at the top of the hill that stands the Château des Seigneurs de Fos, built in the 11th century, and around which the city developed over time. Now in ruins, the medieval fortress offers its visitors superb views of the Bay of Hyères and the Massif des Maures!
Hyères also boasts magnificent gardens and parks. Don't miss a stroll through one of its remarkable gardens, such as Parc Saint-Bernard, with its exotic and Mediterranean species, located on the heights of the medieval city, or Parc Olbius Riquier, dotted with colorful flowerbeds, palm trees, and exotic plants. There's also Parc Sainte-Claire, which overlooks the city and whose subtropical species offer blooms all year round. A feast of colors and scents!
Continuing east, the salt marshes of Hyères promise landscapes of rare beauty. The flora and fauna are particularly abundant: more than 200 species of birds and 300 varieties of plants. A delight for nature lovers...
Finally, to round off your stay in Hyères, head to one of the city's lovely beaches. Beautiful, long stretches of fine sand, like Almanarre and Capte, are perfect for swimming and relaxing!
