Magnificent 95 square meter house located in Saint-Coulomb.
ArrayIt has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.
Able to accommodate up to 6 people, it is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

Warm and well-appointed, it includes:

- a third bedroom with two single beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;

- a living room with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.

Saint Coulomb is the ideal place for your next stay: Located 20 minutes by car from St Malo (regular shuttles leaving from the TGV station), it is a very pleasant and quiet little village with two bakeries/butchers, a mini-market, pharmacy, bar, tobacconist.... surrounded by 4 large sandy beaches which are among the most beautiful beaches in the department (15/20 minutes on foot), the manor houses of the shipowners of Saint-Malo (called Malouinières) and chapels are ideal for cultural visits, the numerous hiking trails (GR34 and other circuits) allow you to discover the many natural attractions of Saint-Coulomb... A few minutes by car is Cancale, renowned for its tasting of oysters and other seafood, fish... The Pointe du Groin etc...
- Saint-Malo train station: 15 minutes by car with two regular shuttle lines (the 5 more direct: 20 minutes and the 9 which runs along the coast a little longer but very pleasant).
- Dinard Bretagne Airport: 30 minutes by car.
