HOUSING
The villa is located in a peaceful environment, slightly set back from the road, offering tranquility and privacy.
Upon entering, a living room with a TV corner (classic channels and Android TV) and a dining area. A few steps further down, a dining room with a large bay window opens onto the garden.
The open, fully equipped kitchen also has everything you need to cook comfortably on site.
Night side, three bedrooms in the main house:
- A master suite with queen size bed (160x200 cm), bathroom with WC
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), adjoining a shower room
- A third bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower room and WC
- A separate toilet completes this part
In the garden, an independent annex offers:
- A sleeping area with a double bed
- A shower room with macerator toilet
- A small desk and an extra fridge
The garden features a 4x4 m swimming pool, which can be heated between April and October (request 3 days in advance). A shaded outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen equipped with a Ninja grill is also available.
Parking possible for 2 to 3 cars inside the property.
