- Rue d'Antibes: right at the foot of the building. This iconic shopping street in Cannes is home to ready-to-wear boutiques, jewelry stores, concept stores, ice cream parlors, and cafes.
- La Croisette and the beaches: a 5-minute walk away. Between palaces, beach restaurants, cocktail huts, and deckchairs, it's the ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean
- Palais des Festivals: 8 minutes on foot. A major venue for international events such as the Cannes Film Festival, MIPCOM and the NRJ Music Awards

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
