HOUSING
The private elevator leads directly to the third and final floor where your experience begins.
Upon entering, the living room stands out with its brightness and its openness to the sea. A leather sofa structures the living room space with a large screen TV, complemented by a dining table for 4 people.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen extends the living area. It provides access to a glass roof converted into a breakfast or relaxation area, which in turn opens onto the private garden.
The latter, carefully designed, includes a swimming pool, deckchairs, garden furniture and a table for your meals in the shade of the palm trees.
From the main terrace, adjoining the living room, a staircase leads to an exceptional rooftop. This dominant space, with panoramic views of the sea, the Lérins Islands, and the rooftops of Cannes, is furnished with an outdoor lounge, sun loungers, and a daybed.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms:
- A master suite with double bed (140x190 cm), adjoining bathroom (bath, sink, WC)
- A second double bedroom (140x190 cm)
- A separate shower room with sink
- A separate toilet

Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
