HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.
From the entrance, you access a large living room: living room with leather sofa, large screen smart TV, dining area and open equipped kitchen, all opening onto a quiet north-facing terrace.
Night side:
- A master bedroom with king size bed (180x200cm), smart TV and en-suite shower room.
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm).
- A separate shower room.
- A separate toilet completes the set.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: 4 minutes on foot.

Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
