HOUSING
Your discovery of the apartment:
Upon entering, a storage closet is available. On the right, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a wardrobe.
In the corridor suite, a shower room, an additional closet and a separate toilet.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen leads to the air-conditioned living room with a sofa, TV, and dining area. Large bay windows provide natural light and overlook the garden.
From the living room, access to the air-conditioned master suite, which includes a 200x180 cm bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also features a large bay window opening onto the garden.
The west-facing exterior features a dining area, a café, and lounge chairs. A gate provides direct access to the Croisette: simply cross the road to reach the beach and the port.
An added bonus? A private underground garage is available just a 2-minute walk away.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: approximately 35 minutes on foot, 20 minutes by bus.

Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
