HOUSING
Upon arrival, access the apartment via a path at the rear of the building. You'll be greeted by a furnished terrace with garden furniture, perfect for spending time outdoors.
On the ground floor:
- The light-filled living room includes a comfortable sofa bed for one person, a Smart TV and a dining area
- The open kitchen, fully equipped (hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.), allows you to prepare your meals just like at home
Upstairs:
- The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a Smart TV, an office space and a closet for your personal belongings
- You will also find a modern shower room and a separate toilet, for optimal comfort
The entire apartment benefits from reversible air conditioning, guaranteeing an ideal temperature in all seasons, as well as quality furniture, making it a pleasant place to live.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
