- A beautiful air-conditioned living room with a dining area for 4 (including a fully equipped open kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine), opening onto the garden, and a lounge area with a sofa and smart TV.
- 2 bedrooms each on the opposite side of the apartment, with private shower room, and each including a SMART TV, a dressing room and a queen size bed.
- A garden of approximately 60m2 with dining table and garden furniture (be careful, the street is relatively quiet but the garden still overlooks the street, even if the garden is hidden by privacy screens, you will still hear cars driving by during the day, the street is however very quiet at night).
- Separate toilets.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
