You will love this light-filled apartment in a luxury residence on the heights of Cannes, in the Croix-des-gardes district, which will offer you everything you need for a dream stay: from the south-facing terrace to the large swimming pool, including the view of the islands, the tennis court and the careful finishing of a comfortable apartment.

From the residence you can, as you wish, and in less than a few minutes:
- Join the southern beaches. (5 min)

- You will also have easy access to Cannes La Bocca (5 min), and its beaches, shops and supermarkets.

Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
Free parking on the street right next to the accommodation, with parking within the residence.

Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 10 p.m. in winter, and 11 p.m. in summer.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
