This living room opens onto a large 50m² terrace, facing east to offer you sunny breakfasts. It is equipped with a dining area for 6, sun loungers and a sea view for your greatest comfort.
- The master suite has a queen-size bed (160cm), a smart TV, a large dressing room and a shower room (with integrated WC).
- A second shower room is provided in the entrance (also with WC).
You will also enjoy a 75m2 garden with its dining table for 8 people, its deckchairs and above all its private access 2 minutes from the Mouré Rouge beach!

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
