HOUSING
This fully renovated 3-room apartment welcomes you with a beautiful living room opening directly onto the terrace equipped with an outdoor living room and two deckchairs.
This room is divided into two spaces:
- A comfortable living room with a smart TV
- An open and fully equipped kitchen, with a bar that provides a dining area for 4
The bedroom has two single beds, storage, a smart TV and, above all, access to the apartment's second terrace.
The second has a queen-size bed (160cm), a large closet, and a smart TV. It also provides access to the second terrace.
A shared bathroom and separate toilet complete the space.
THE SURROUNDINGS
After a few steps on your boulevard, that of the source, you can, as you wish and in less than a few minutes on foot:
- Go to Mouré Rouge beach to put your feet in the water or sit on the terrace to sip a cocktail
- Reach the Croisette in less than 10 minutes on foot
- Join the Heart of Palm Beach and its small village atmosphere to buy your croissants, your fish, your roast or simply do your shopping.

Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
