Completely renovated, it offers modern comfort with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. HOUSING
The large living room is divided between:
- An ultra-comfortable living room with Smart TV
- An open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included)

The bedroom will offer you a queen-size bed (160cm) as well as a built-in dressing room and a smart TV.
The second is equipped with two single beds and a dressing room.
A marble-effect shower room completes this beautiful space.
THE SURROUNDINGS
After a few steps down your street, rue Jean Dollfus, you can choose:
- Stroll along the beaches to sip cocktails (1 minute by the clock)
- Take some time for yourself at the SPA Villa Belle Plage (neighboring building)
- Go and taste the tapas at Loka Bar Kitchen or have a drink at Charly's bar in Le Suquet (3 to 5 min)
- Do your shopping on rue d'Antibes (9 min)
- Join the Palais des Festivals (Less than 12 min)
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is paid on the surrounding streets.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, etc.)
Daily essentials upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.)
Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
