To begin with, you will have the pleasure (and privilege) of being only 900m from Rue d'Antibes on foot, thus easily enjoying the city without stressing yourself out.
Outside you will enjoy a shaded terrace area for your meals and a swimming pool, all without vis-à-vis and in the heart of an avenue with a car passage of less than one per hour.

- Take a trip to Golfe Juan to discover its beaches and bars in less than 15 minutes.
- Go see the orcas at Marineland in Antibes in less than 30 minutes.
- Go eat some socca or Niçoise salad in Nice in 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic.
- Venture to the Principality of Monaco to visit the Oceanographic Museum, or for a casino evening.
