It comprises a vast living room, a large, bright, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a spacious dining room, eight beautiful bedrooms and six shower rooms.

It can comfortably welcome up to 16 guests.

You'll enjoy a large sun terrace with an outdoor dining area overlooking a magnificent Balinese pool, perfectly exposed.

There is also a beautifully landscaped garden with a variety of exotic plants.

The house also has a hammam and a gym.

An independent studio with kitchenette and shower room completes the property.

The villa is just 5 minutes from the seafront and 25 minutes from Nice airport.

- The bad weather can get up very quickly in our region, so please make sure to close the blinds and sun shades when you leave the apartment, when you are there if it is windy, and in the evening before you go to bed.
- Please do not throw objects or sanitary products in the toilets.
- Please do not leave keys in the lock on the inside of the apartment as it will not be possible to open the door from the outside.
