• LIVING ROOM: Large, bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. This welcoming living space opens onto a magnificent 47m² terrace with a lovely sea view, a real asset for enjoying sunny days, hosting outdoor meals, or simply relaxing.
• Open-plan, fully equipped KITCHEN: stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.
• BEDROOM 1: Composed of a double bed (160x200) + walk-in closet + air conditioning + access to the terrace
• BATHROOM 1: Composed of a bathtub, a vanity with a sink and a mirror. • BEDROOM 2: Includes a double bed (140x200) + walk-in closet
• BATHROOM 2: Includes a shower, toilet, double sink vanity, and mirror.

• Additional Information:
- Located on the 4th floor (top floor with elevator),
- Upon arrival, you will be provided with: sheets, bath towels, a Welcome Kit (sponge, cleaning supplies, trash bag, and toilet paper), Hygiene Kit (soap, shower gel, shampoo, and body wash), and 2 coffee pods (additional items to be brought).

• Maintenance:
- The apartment, as well as the bedding and linens, are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after the rental (service included).
- We provide one pair of sheets and one large bath towel per person. Any additional charges or damage will apply. Please notify us in advance.

• Summer:
- To avoid penalizing your stay or that of future guests, please ensure you remove as much sand as possible from your belongings and clothes/shoes before entering the apartment. Please be careful not to get sand in the shower! - The use of the provided bath towels as beach towels is prohibited and may result in a penalty charge. Thank you for your understanding.
