Accommodating up to 4 people, it combines functionality, comfort, and an ideal location, just minutes from the beaches and cycle paths.
On the ground floor, the house features a bright living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped and fitted for dining on site. There's also a bathroom with a toilet, ideal for families.
Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200), the other with a bunk bed. Each bedroom is equipped with storage, allowing you to easily settle in for the duration of your stay.
The property features two private terraces: a north-facing terrace to enjoy the cool air, and a covered south-facing terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or a sheltered reading moment. Free parking is available directly in front of the house, making it convenient and accessible at all times.
