This duplex, with ski-in/ski-out access and direct access to the Planchamp cable car, is located in the immediate vicinity of the village, the shops and restaurants of the pedestrian area and the toboggan run.
The 62 m² (over 12 m² outside the Carrez law) duplex apartment comprises 4 rooms and a mezzanine. It can accommodate 8 people and is located in the hamlet of La Forêt, 2 minutes from the ESF ski school and 10 minutes from the Piou Piou ski club.
It includes on the level: a kitchen open to the living room, a shower room, a toilet and a very bright bedroom thanks to its 3 windows.
The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, and a dining area. The bedroom has two bunk beds and a single bed. Storage space is available.
The living room gives access to a large northwest-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the valley.
Upstairs, the mezzanine is equipped with a single bed, the bedrooms are equipped respectively for one with a double bed of 160, for the other in the attic rather reserved for children with two single beds, a shower room with WC. Duvets are provided for each bed. Plenty of storage.
