2-room apartment equipped for 5 people of approximately 30 m², south/west facing with balcony, village and slopes side on the ground floor entrance side and 1st floor balcony side.
Kitchen area (fully renovated): 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, raclette machine.
Living room: 1 pull-out bed (2X1 person), flat screen television.
Bedroom: 2x2 bunk beds (4 single beds).
Bathroom with bathtub (completely renovated) and separate WC.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. However, the accommodation must be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
