3-room apartment + mezzanine for 7 people, approximately 45 m², duplex, south/west facing with balcony on the 5th floor, slope and resort side; recently renovated and comprising:
At the level:
American kitchen: 4 ceramic hobs, large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Living room: 1 double pull-out bed, flat screen television.
On the second level:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140).
Bedroom 2: bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed + 1 single bed in the mezzanine.
Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Separate WC.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. However, the accommodation must be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
