Apartment for 6 people just 200 meters from CARGADOR BEACH.
Located in the Pascua VII development, with a swimming pool and garden. A 2-minute walk from restaurants, bars, and the beach. Located on a quiet residential street.
The accommodation includes two bedrooms. The has a double bed, a private bathroom, and access to the terrace. The second has two single beds.
Then, a bathroom with bathtub.
The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, frying pans, pots and pans.....
The living-dining room is bright and has a sofa bed for 2 people (recommended only 1 if adult), which provides access to a beautiful terrace with lovely views of the pool and the shared garden.
There is a parking space, but it is very small.
