THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Nova residence is one of the architecturally emblematic residences of the Arcs 1800 resort. Its central location in the resort allows it to be as close as possible to Charvet and Villards without forgetting the proximity of the slopes.
In winter, ski schools and slopes are a 2-minute walk away, and in summer, Club Héro is also a 2-minute walk away.
In summer, mountain bike rentals are 2 minutes away, golf courses are nearby, hiking, climbing, a nearby aquatic area with a swimming pool, paragliding, treetop adventure courses... and various whitewater sports!
