Discover this bright studio apartment in Megève, nestled just 300 metres from the pedestrianised centre. A perfect destination for enjoying the pleasures of the mountains.

With a smart surface area of 22 m², this rental is located on the floor without a lift and consists of:

- a beautiful balcony with a splendid view of the fir trees, chalets and the Rochebrune Olympic Slope,
- a main room with a 180x200 cm sofa bed and a bunk bed (two single beds),
- a dining area,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron,
- TV, satellite or cable,
- ski locker,
- radiators, smoke detector, hangers.

The accommodation has private underground parking.

After 10 p.m., noise disturbances are no longer accepted.

The best places to visit include Amore Hibou, Sauvageonne, Le Refuge du Calvaire and Le Vieux Megève, all less than 300 metres away. The Chemin du Calvaire offers direct access to the foot of Mont d'Arbois. In addition, a ski bus is 200 metres away, allowing you to ski back to the door when snow conditions are good.
