The living room with balcony contains two sofa beds (80x190) and a television. The bedroom has a double bed (140x190). The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. A bathroom and a separate toilet. The balcony faces south. The residence has a ski locker and elevator. This is a non-smoking apartment. The 5th floor is also home to a non-smoking apartment.
