Located in a quiet, green setting close to shops and the beach, the apartment comprises a main room with a sofa, television, and a fully equipped kitchen area: hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A dining area.
The living room leads to the sleeping area: a bedroom with a double bed and storage, as well as a mezzanine with a double bed.
You also have a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
Free parking is available near the residence!
The beach is a 30m walk away!!
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).

Keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
