This fully renovated 29m² apartment is located on the Perdrix slope, which leads down to the center of Mottaret. The apartment is functional and well-designed for a family or group of friends. It's also close to the Hameau's shops and next to the "Chalets" cable car station, providing easy access to the center of Mottaret.

Kitchen/Living Room: The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and Nespresso machine. The living room opens onto a balcony with views of the slopes. It also features a sofa bed for two people.
