The house is comfortable, fully-equipped, with a size of 120 m². It has views of the garden.
Located 100 m from Eco market, 170 m from Oasis Beach sand beach, 290 m from Oasis the restaurant, 390 m from Triumf the restaurant, 38 km from capital Tirana and Tirana International Airport international airport.
It is situated in a family-friendly resort next to the sea.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: 100 m2 garden, 50 m² terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, heat pump, air-conditioned, open-air parking near the building, 1 TV.
