Facing southwest, the studio includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and comfort.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located:
- in a quiet area (no bars, hence peaceful nights);
- at the foot of all shops (bakery, mini-market, restaurants);
- 300 meters from the train station.
Its location also allows you to:
- to stroll within the city walls (800 meters);
- lay your towel on the immense Plage du Sillon (800 meters away);
- to go hiking at the wild Pointe de la Varde;
- to visit the adorable Saint-Servan district (15 minutes on foot);
- to discover Cancale and Dinard (accessible by boat) as well as Saint-Lunaire, Saint Briac, Mont-Saint-Michel, Dinan, etc.
There is a bicycle shed in the enclosed courtyard behind the building. There is a paid public car park just downstairs from the building and another free one is a 5-minute walk away (Rocabey car park).
