Le Cocon du Veyrier // My home in by locationlacannecy

Situated in the heart of Veyrier-du-Lac, in a small, peaceful residence, this charming apartment enjoys a privileged location just a stone's throw from the shops and offers a lovely view of Lake Annecy.

Completely renovated in 2025, it boasts a warm, cocooning atmosphere, ideal for a rejuvenating lakeside getaway for families or lovers!   

The Cocon du Veyrier property is composed as follows:

- Bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for 4 people
- Living room with sofa and tv, with access to lake-view balcony
- Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds, storage cupboards and balcony access
- Shower room with WC and washbasin
- Bedroom 2 on mezzanine (open onto living room) : 1 double bed

NB: The apartment has no private parking spaces. You'll need to park on the street (blue spaces) or in the school's underground parking lot (blue spaces).

Some useful details:

A deposit will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels, bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.

About Veyrier Du Lac…

This typical Savoyard village is located on the shores of Lake Annecy. It’s three grass beaches allow easy access to the lake and many activities (sailing, water skiing, diving, kayaking, wake-boarding, etc). A nice walk along the lake will take you to the nearby village of Menthon St Bernard. In Veyrier, all local services are available: supermarket, bakery, butcher, florists, café, restaurant, pharmacy, doctors, etc. Annecy is just a few hundred meters, easy access by a recent bike path along the lake.
