Stay in this bright 115 m² penthouse, spread over two floors (13th and 14th), with elevator, in Boulogne-Billancourt.

This penthouse includes :

- a bright, modern living room with sofa bed,

- a fully-equipped kitchen with skylight (barbecue, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a second bedroom with a sofa bed,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- separate WC,
- Work desk,
- Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- balcony and terrace with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

There is no private parking.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.
