The Forêt Blanche Agency is pleased to present a charming 4-star house, full of authenticity and character, nestled in the heart of the peaceful village of Sainte-Catherine.
This spacious 200 m² residence, which can accommodate up to 12 people, invites you to enjoy a comfortable stay, in a warm setting where every detail has been thought of to make you feel immediately at home.
Behind its charming pink façade, this old building houses a home of simple elegance and a friendly atmosphere, ideal for gatherings with family or friends.
From the moment you arrive, enjoy all-inclusive services: bed and bathroom linen are provided, beds are made, and housekeeping is included to guarantee you total peace of mind.
Entrance is via an exterior staircase, leading to a functional "ski room" where you can store skis, boots, strollers, or hiking backpacks. The main floor has four bedrooms:
– Two double bedrooms, with access to the balcony, one with a TV, shower room or private bathroom with WC in one of them.
– A bedroom with two bunk beds and two pull-out beds, equipped with a small sink, ideal for children.
– A final bedroom with two single beds.
This level also has an additional bathroom with a toilet, a separate toilet and plenty of storage space.
On the lower floor, you will discover a vast, bright living room facing the southwest-facing garden. The space is cleverly organized into several atmospheres, all of which are united:
– A cozy seating area around the fireplace and television.
– A board games area.
– A piano and a guitar for the musicians.
– A friendly family dining room.
– A fully equipped kitchen, designed for large tables: dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle, washing machine and clothes horse.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Respectful pets are welcome. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Located in an authentic village just 5 to 10 minutes from Vars La Forêt Blanche, you'll enjoy the tranquility of a preserved hamlet and quick access to the slopes. A ski lift is 5 minutes away, and free shuttles regularly serve the resort and surrounding villages.
