The owner's note, Lola
This 44 m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of the Panestrel residence in Vars les Claux, Point Show. Ideally located at the foot of the slopes, it also features a ski locker.
Able to accommodate a maximum of 4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children), it is composed of:
A double bedroom with a window, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a pantry, a kitchen equipped with gas hobs and a dishwasher. Then we have a beautiful, bright living room with a large south-east-facing balcony.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
- bedroom 1: 140 cm bed
- living room: 2 sofas, single beds (90 cm)
End-of-stay cleaning not included, and linens are optional (sheets and towels package €16/person), please contact us. Pets are not allowed. All our rentals are strictly non-smoking.
