Beautiful 40m² 2-room apartment located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a small condominium with Norman architecture. Ideally located in the heart of Trouville and particularly in the famous Bonsecours district!
With a maximum capacity of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- A large, very bright living room with a view over the rooftops, a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, Nespresso machine, hotplates, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, waffle iron, etc.), large dining table for 4 people and cupboards;
- Night side, you will find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Trouville while being in peace and quiet (5 min walk from the town center and the casino).
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Games, DVDs, books and a speaker are also available.
The accommodation does not include a private parking space (street parking or paid private parking).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. Located in the heart of Trouville, close to the shops and restaurants on Rue des Bains. A two-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the train station. A lively, vibrant, and very pleasant neighborhood. Ideal for exploring Trouville and Deauville on foot with friends or family!
Possible activities: beach, golf, casino, close to Deauville, port, fish markets, marine cure, Deauville racecourse, Honfleur 20 min by car.
Trouville-sur-Mer train station is a 15-minute walk away - car parking is available on the street (paid)
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
