The apartment is very popular for its location.
It is ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the beach (3 minutes on foot), small shops (supermarkets, bakery, tobacconist-newsagent) and restaurants and entertainment on the port as well as the market (4 minutes on foot). It is on the northwest side of the building so quite cool in summer and it enjoys a magnificent view of the sunset and the port.
It is therefore possible to park your car and not use it for the entire stay.
