Casa Lovisa is a semi-detached house for up to 6 people located in the quiet Santo Tomás residential area, just 600 metres from Burriana Beach. It features a private swimming pool open all year round, a south-facing terrace with direct views of the Mediterranean and a flexible layout that suits both families and groups of friends. Three Configurable Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms for Up to 6 People
The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds that can be arranged as twin beds or as a double bed.
The second bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds with the same flexibility, whilst the third bedroom offers two 90x190 cm beds, also configurable according to the group’s needs.
This versatility makes the property an ideal choice for families with children, groups of friends or several couples travelling together.
All bedrooms are provided with clean bed linen and mattresses with a memory foam layer for greater comfort whilst resting.
The recently renovated main bathroom features a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine with integrated dryer. Additionally, on the ground floor you will find a second bathroom with a shower. The property also features an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer.

The Mercadona supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away, and the centre of Nerja is approximately a 30-minute walk or a few minutes’ drive away. There is also a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the estate.
