Brand new 45 m² apartment, sleeps 5, very well-equipped with covered garage. Located in a mountain residence at the top of the resort, 5 minutes from the ski lifts. Ski-in ski-out access is located at the bottom of the building and a shuttle bus stop is available in winter.
Apartment composed of a living room (with access to a south-facing terrace), dining area, a corner sofa in the living room, television; an American kitchen with a traditional oven, microwave/grill, 4-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with 3-drawer freezer section; 1 bedroom with a large 140 cm bed; a bathroom with WC; a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (reserved for children, not suitable for adults)
Access to the ski room at the entrance to the residence.
Access to ski slopes at the foot of the residence, depending on snow conditions.
