This charming holiday home of 50 M2 for 4 people is composed as follows:

- A living room with sitting area and lounge with sofa bed
- An equipped kitchen opening onto the living room
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
- TV with wifi and sound bar.
- A room with a double bed in 140 cm
- Living room with bay window overlooking a wood terrace of 20 m2, equipped with garden furniture
- Enclosed garden with trees
- Numbered parking place at the entrance of the residence.
The residence is pedestrianised, parking is located at the entrance and accommodation is not accessible by car.

Washing machine, dishwasher, 4 gas hob, refrigerator, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, TV, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, garden furniture, private parking.

- Electricity: included in the price of the stay
