Located in Grand-Couronne, this charming one-storey house welcomes you to a peaceful, carefully appointed setting, where every detail has been designed to combine comfort, practicality and elegance.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the warm ambience of the place, ideal for a stay as a couple or with friends. The bright living room invites you to relax with its quality sofa bed, which can be converted into a comfortable bed for the night, as well as a television and a cosy meeting area. The large, open-plan, modern, well-equipped kitchen will delight the most discerning gourmets: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, full set of crockery and cutlery... everything you need to cook like at home. The recently renovated bathroom boasts a contemporary style and practical features. The WC is separate for greater everyday comfort.

Upstairs, there's a practical storage area for your clothes and a study area that's ideal for working. Behind it, the spacious bedroom is a haven of peace, with a 140x160 double bed and functional storage space. The soft, uncluttered decor makes for a restful night's sleep.

Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant garden, perfect for fine weather, and a secure private parking space in front of the property.

Grand-Couronne is a town in the Rouen metropolitan area in Normandy, in the Seine-Maritime département. Around ten kilometres south of Rouen, this medium-sized municipality lies along the River Seine, surrounded by green spaces and residential areas. It plays an important role in the regional economy and offers a high quality of life thanks to its many facilities, natural areas and cultural activities.

Grand-Couronne is an industrial town, home to several major industrial estates, including Port-Jérôme, which is part of the Rouen port area. It is home to companies in the logistics, chemicals and petrochemicals sectors, making Grand-Couronne an important player in the region's economy. Because of its proximity to Rouen and its strategic location along the Seine, it also benefits from links to other major French cities via the motorway and rail networks.

Despite its industrial development, Grand-Couronne has managed to preserve a large number of green spaces that delight its residents. The Parc des Tourelles is one of the most popular places for residents to relax, with its vast lawns, paths and children's play areas.
