The studio is located on the second floor of a small three-storey building. Access is via stairs only. The apartment is bright and quiet.

This cosy and well-appointed studio is ideal for a short stay. It has a comfortable double bed in the living area, creating a warm and welcoming place to relax. A high table with two stools is perfect for meals or working together in a friendly atmosphere.

The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need for your daily needs: two hotplates, a Tassimo coffee machine, a small fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils (crockery, pots and pans, etc.).

The shower room has a modern shower, a vanity unit with mirror and storage space. The toilet is separate for added comfort.

A perfect space for a city break or a business trip, combining practicality and simplicity.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort.
There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets near the accommodation according to the city's parking rates. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

## Neighbourhood

The station district in Rouen is a lively and iconic area, located around the Rouen-Rive-Droite station, which connects the city to major destinations such as Paris, Le Havre and Caen. It is a neighbourhood at the crossroads of history, commerce and everyday life, with a lively atmosphere thanks to the travellers, shops and residents who live there. Here is an overview of the neighbourhood's highlights:

1. Architecture and heritage
The station itself is a remarkable 19th-century building with neo-classical architecture and a large hall that has retained its original character. Built between 1913 and 1928, the building is representative of the style of the period, with beautiful glass roofs and a majestic façade. Around the station, there are several historic buildings, such as half-timbered houses, Haussmann-style buildings and beautiful Art Deco buildings. Some of the buildings, although old, have been renovated to give the neighbourhood a facelift.

2. Cosmopolitan and commercial atmosphere
The station district is also known for its cosmopolitan feel, welcoming thousands of travellers every day. There is a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars and small shops. Local shops and more modern stores coexist, offering a wide range of options for residents and visitors alike. At Rouen Rive Droite station, several means of transport are available to facilitate travel around the city and the region. Here is an overview of the main options:

Rouen station is served by several bus lines operated by Astuce, the transport network for the Rouen Normandy Metropolis.
The main lines include the F1, F2 and F3, as well as other local bus lines that connect to different neighbourhoods in Rouen and the surrounding area.

2. Metrobus
Rouen has a light rail system (called the Métrobus) that runs near the station.
The Gare-Rue Verte metro station is located a few minutes' walk from the SNCF train station and provides quick access to the city centre and other neighbourhoods.

3. TEOR
The TEOR is a dedicated public transport system that resembles a tram on tyres. It is a fast alternative for getting around the city.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may have difficulty accessing the building.

Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. They are from 4pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). All guests are provided with bed linen, essential items for the day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with a kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel change, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the property is non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
