This 60m², 4-room duplex apartment faces southeast and can accommodate up to 8 people. It features a corner balcony where you can relax with views of the beautiful mountains.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available.
For sleeping accommodations, you will have a pull-out sofa in the living room, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and on the lower floor, another bedroom with two single beds, and finally a bedroom with a double bed.
This accommodation has a shower room and a bathroom with a bathtub, for a relaxing moment after your favorite activities. There are toilets on each floor.
You will be 200 meters from a restaurant, a sports shop and a grocery store, but also from the start of a ski slope, and in summer from hiking trails.
For your convenience, the accommodation has a private ski locker in the residence where you can leave and return on skis, as well as a private underground parking space.
To access this car park, the road is not paved, so in winter it is essential to have chains or snow tires.
You can enjoy an indoor swimming pool in winter, and two swimming pools in summer (one indoor and one outdoor) in a magnificent setting surrounded by beautiful mountains.
Access to this apartment is via a staircase.
