Located on the 2nd floor of a pleasant and well-maintained residence, this studio cabin offers a charming view of the Canet Plage marina. Ideally designed to accommodate up to 4 people, it is located in close proximity to shops, restaurants, summer entertainment, and the beach. Perfect for a car-free stay.
The living area includes a bright living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a television, a dining table, storage space, a fan, and an iron and ironing board. The functional and well-equipped kitchen area has a top-of-the-range refrigerator, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and two electric hotplates.
The separate cabin offers two bunk beds (90x190 cm) and a fan, ideal for children or young adults. The bathroom includes a shower cubicle, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and the toilet is separate for added comfort.
The residence has an elevator. The peaceful setting and view of the boats make it a pleasant base for a relaxing vacation in Canet Plage.

Everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, market (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays) and entertainment are just a few minutes away.
