3-story residence located at the foot of the shops and a 2-minute walk from the slopes with ski lockers on level -1. Free outdoor parking near the residence.
2 rooms + mezzanine (height less than 1m80), located on level 1.5, equipped for 7 people of approximately 43m² + 9m² less than 1m80, in good condition, south facing, view of the main street of Montchavin with large terrace.
Kitchen open to living room: 3 ceramic hobs, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, extractor fan, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and crepe maker.
Living room: 1 sofa bed (sofa bed) for 2 people (140), flat screen TV.
Mezzanine open to living room (access reserved for adults, very steep staircase): 1 double bed 160 cm for 2 people.
Bedroom: 1 single bed (80), 1 bunk bed (80) + 1 drawer bed (80, trundle); equipped for 4 people.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate WC.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. However, the accommodation must be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
