4-story residence with elevator located 3 minutes' walk from the shops and the start of the slopes (return to the slopes 1 minute's walk) with ski lockers on level 1. Free outdoor parking in front of the residence.
Studio cabin for 4 people of approximately 22 m², in very good condition, north facing with balcony/terrace, valley side on the ground floor.
Kitchen area open to living room: 4 electric hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, SENSEO coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue set, toaster, kettle.
Living room: pull-out bed for 2 people, flat screen television.
Cabin (with window): bunk beds.
Bathroom with bathtub and toilet included.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. However, the accommodation must be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
