ARCACHON, SMALL PORT – 80 M FROM THE BEACH, BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE PORT AND THE BEACH!
Located on the 4th floor (penultimate) of a very well-maintained and secure residence, this 68 m² two-bedroom apartment is ideal for a comfortable stay for 4 people. The apartment has a balcony and a parking space.
You will access it through an entrance hallway with a closet/wardrobe, which leads to a hallway serving a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, separate toilet, as well as two bedrooms. The 1st bedroom, with a window overlooking the passageway, is equipped with a 140 cm bed, a closet/wardrobe and a small desk. The 2nd bedroom, facing the loggia (North), offers two 80 cm beds pushed together, also equipped with a closet/wardrobe. The loggia, entirely enclosed by windows, currently serves as a dining room and library, offering a beautiful view of the port and its boats. The living room, facing north, is comfortable with a sofa, armchairs and a television. The separate kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, Nespresso machine, etc.), has a window overlooking the passageway. The balcony, accessible from the living room, is furnished and offers a lovely view of the beach. An underground parking space is also included (narrow parking!).
The apartment is very well equipped, with Internet/Wi-Fi, and decorated with care and attention. It benefits from an excellent location, just 80 m from the beach, 500 m from the nearest shops (Aiguillon) and 1 km from Arcachon town center, accessible by a pleasant promenade along the beach.
