On the 1st floor of the residence without elevator, with a surface area of 49 m², it has three separate sleeping areas to accommodate 4/6 people, with a bedroom separated from the living room by a sliding door, a cabin, an open kitchen, shower room, separate toilet. Its east balcony offers a view of the village and the Timalets slope.
Ideally located, you have access to all the village's activities, including shops, restaurants, and cinema. Access to the slopes is via a free ski bus, which stops less than 100 meters from the residence, opposite the tourist office.
