Located in a quiet, green setting close to shops and the beach, the apartment comprises a main room with a sofa, television, and a fully equipped kitchen area, including a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, and a combination oven. The apartment also features a loggia with a dining area.
The living room leads to a bathroom and the sleeping area: a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes, as well as a mezzanine with a double bed.
A parking space is allocated to the apartment.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
