I welcome you to my 59 square meter apartment in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of PARIS, located on the 1st floor without elevator, ideal for 2 people. It is located near the Marais and the CANAL SAINT-MARTIN where you can take lovely walks and discover what the City of Lights has to offer!

Located in Paris, this apartment is perfect for a leisure or business trip, with a capacity of up to two people. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a beautiful living room area where you can relax after a busy day.

You will be very well served by public transport to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings, namely the Filles du Calvaire station (Metro line 8) and the Jean-Pierre Timbaud bus station (lines 91 and 96)!
The apartment is ideally located near the Canal Saint-Martin (10 min walk), the Musée National Picasso-Paris (9 min walk) and the Place de la Bastille (15 min walk). Place de la Concorde is 13 min away by metro line 8, the Louvre Museum is 14 min away by metro lines 1 - 8, Notre-Dame Cathedral is 16 min away by metro line 11 and the Eiffel Tower is 30 min away by metro line 8. You will find many shops nearby such as a Franprix 3 min walk and the Popincourt Market 4 min walk.

The 11th arrondissement of Paris stretches mainly from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experience.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon, which draws a continuous flow of travelers to the center.
