Located on the 7th floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- two bedrooms with a double bed, a sofa bed and a baby bed;
- a shower room and a bathroom with a bathtub;
- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a living room.
You will particularly appreciate:
- its two east and west balconies;
- its south-facing terrace of 40m², fitted out for meals with garden furniture, all without any vis-à-vis and sheltered from view;
- its brightness;
- its calm (the accommodation overlooks two gardens).

The apartment is located near the metro stations “Nation” and “Faidherbe - Chaligny”.
You will find a "Carrefour" supermarket at the foot of the building, an Auchan store ("A deux pas") on the other side of the street and a "Franprix" store 6 minutes away on foot for your small daily purchases.

The 11th arrondissement of Paris stretches mainly from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively arrondissement, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experience. The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals, as well as the Gare de Lyon, which draws a steady stream of travelers to the center.
