Located on the ground floor, it includes:

- less than 100 meters from buses (Antibes, Cannes, Carrefour Antibes, Sophia Antipolis);
- less than 100 meters from a Casino and Super U supermarket;
- less than 200 meters from the beach (via Rue des Îles);
- 300 meters from the center of Juan.

Juan-Les-Pins is a sub-municipality of Antibes located in the Alpes-Maritimes on the French Riviera, Antibes. It is a city built by the Greeks that has retained its authenticity; in the old town, it is possible to discover the medieval ramparts, some Provençal markets as well as a flowery and traditional architecture for the more athletic, you can take the Tire Poil trail at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. It is a city full of charm that combines culture and the unmissable bustle of the south, you will find many restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.
Juan-Les-Pins is a place of entertainment and beaches, with a very seaside side... Also known for its pine forest and its international Jazz festival in July where all the "big names" perform
