On the 3rd floor with elevator, with a surface area of 30 m², it has two sleeping areas separate from the living room, a bedroom and a cabin that can accommodate 4 people, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom/wc, without balcony, facing north. The ski bus stop, 150 m from the residence, allows you easy access to the village center or the slopes. The leisure center is only 300 m from the residence, with its heated swimming pool (summer/winter), tennis courts, and treetop adventure course (summer).
